摘要 自古以来，生育就是中医学研究的重点内容，在先秦两汉简帛医书中就存在着大量涉及生育的医方文献，其内容包括了对生育相关疾病的认识与描述，治疗所用的方药与剂型，以及服用方法与所起到的功效等众多方面。现通过对简帛医书中所涉及的生育医方进行文献梳理，总结早期医家对生育疾病的分类与认识，分析简帛医书中生育医方的特点，并讨论了其当代价值与不足之处。
