摘要 目的：分析手术治疗双侧额叶脑挫裂伤伴颅内血肿的疗效观察及对睡眠和生命质量的影响效果。方法：选取2017年5月至2019年3月沾化区人民医院收治的双侧额叶脑挫裂伤伴颅内血肿患者70例作为研究对象，采用数字随机法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组35例。分别采用不同的手术方式，比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者各项观察指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：单侧骨瓣开颅手术入路治疗双侧额叶脑挫裂伤伴颅内血肿临床疗效显著，应积极进行推广。
