摘要 目的：观察小儿阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征手术后麻醉苏醒期呼吸道并发症情况和护理方法。方法：选取2016年2月至2019年3月厦门大学附属第一医院收拾的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征手术患儿47例作为本次研究对象，观察患儿苏醒护呼吸道并发症情况，并予以针对性合护理干预。比较护理前后呼吸道并发症发生情况和护理满意度。结果：观察组并发症低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论：予以阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征术后麻醉苏醒后小儿患者，针对性护理干预，可降低并发症，提升护理满意度。
