摘要 目的：主要分析护理干预对四肢骨折患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响。方法：选取2018年1月至2018年12月大田县中医院收治的四肢骨折患者63例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=31)，观察组实施个性化护理干预，对照组实施常规护理干预，评价2种护理方法对患者疼痛与睡眠质量的影响。结果：比较2组患者护理后的疼痛VAS评分分级情况，观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较2组患者护理前后的睡眠质量评分情况，观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对四肢骨折患者实施个性化护理干预模式具有科学性，可以改善患者疼痛情况，并提高睡眠质量，因此应该成为临床护理的首选方法。
