疏肝宁神汤联合耳穴压豆对肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌患者睡眠质量的影响(1)

     摘要 目的：評价疏肝宁神汤联合耳穴压豆治疗有睡眠质量问题的肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌患者的临床可用性。方法：选取2017年4月至2018年4月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院收治的有睡眠质量问题的肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌患者中盲选60例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组使用常规药物治疗，观察组使用耳穴压豆+疏肝宁神汤的联合治疗方法，并对所得结果进行判断。结果：观察组上述指标均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：疏肝宁神汤联合耳穴压豆改善肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌患者的睡眠质量方面效果明确，值得推广。

    Effect of Shuganningshen Decoction Combined with Auricular Pressure Bean on Sleep Quality in Patients with Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type Breast Cancer

    Abstract Objective：To evaluate the clinical availability of shugan ningshen decoction combined with auricular pressure bean in the treatment of patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency breast cancer with sleep quality problems.Methods：A total of 60 cases of patients from April 2017 to April 2018 with liver depression and spleen deficiency type breast cancer admitted to the first affiliated hospital of bengbu medical college with sleep quality problems were selected as study subjects，and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method，with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs，while the observation group was treated with the combination of auricular pressure beans+shugan ningshen decoction，and the results were judged.Results：The above indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group，with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion：Shugan ningshen decoction combined with auricular pressure bean can improve the sleep quality of patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency., http://www.100md.com(王苗苗)
