摘要 温州地区地处浙江东南部，境内地形多样，气候温暖，雨水充沛，植被种类丰富，药用植被资源丰富。本文通过对温州地区中草药文献整理，遴选出温州地区医药文献中有关睡眠中草药的内容。通过对相关中草药文献的研究，可以为临床应用地方中药治疗睡眠障碍相关疾病提供参考。
