摘要 目的：康复护理结合针灸理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察。方法：选取2016年1月至2017年5月厦门市中医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者86例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组43例。对照组43例实施针灸理疗结合常规护理，观察组43例实施针灸理疗结合康复护理，比较2组患者的生命质量和睡眠质量。结果：经过护理后，观察组生命质量评分均高于对照组，睡眠质量评分低于对照组，2组表差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：为腰椎间盘突出患者实施康复护理结合针灸理疗，可显著提升患者生活治疗，改善患者睡眠质量。
