摘要 目的：探讨术后认知行为护理干预对颅内肿瘤患者睡眠质量及并发症的影响作用。方法：选取2019年1—10月安徽医科大学第一附属医院收治的颅内肿瘤手术患者60例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组进行认知行为干预护理，比较2组护理前后的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]及并发症发生情况。结果：护理后观察组的PSQI评分显著低于对照组，并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：术后认知行为干预的实施可提升颅内肿瘤患者的睡眠质量，减少并发症的发生。
