    联用宫颈微波治疗术和干扰素治疗宫颈糜烂的效果探析

    目的：探讨联合使用宫颈微波治疗术和干扰素治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法：选取我院收治的40例宫颈糜烂患者作为研究对象。将这40例患者中入院编号为单号的患者分为实验组，将这40例患者中入院编号为双号的患者分为对比组，每组各有20例患者。使用宫颈微波治疗术对对比组患者实施治疗，联合使用宫颈微波治疗术和干扰素对实验组患者实施治疗。治疗结束后，观察并对比两组患者的疗效和其临床症状缓解的情况。结果：实验组患者的临床疗效以及其腰腹部坠胀感和阴道分泌物异常症状的缓解率均明显高于对比组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：联合使用宫颈微波治疗术和干扰素治疗宫颈糜烂的效果确切，可有效地改善患者的临床症状。

    ∶ Objective∶ To explore the clinical efficacy of the main cervical microwave surgery combined with drug treatment of cervical erosion,in order to provide an important basis for clinical treatment.Methods∶ select our hospital 2014 may 2015 from October and has been diagnosed with cervical erosion in 40 cases,according to the number of all patients admitted to the hospital for the average packet,including Dan Hao as control group,Shuang Hao as the experimental group,two groups each 20 cases and the control group was given conventional treatment (Gong Jingwei wave therapy)and experimental group given cervical microwave surgery combined with drug therapy (interferon alpha).The effect of two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.Results∶ the total effective rate of the control group was 75%,the experimental group was 95%,the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion∶ cervical microwave surgery combined with drugs (interferon alpha)for the treatment of cervical erosion effect is good,worthy of clinical treatment in the promotion and application. ......
