    半夏泻心汤加减治 疗胃脘痛的效果研究

    目的：探讨分析用半夏泻心汤加减治疗胃脘痛的临床效果。方法：选取2015年3月至2016年3月间我院收治的胃脘痛患者180例作为研究对象，采用盲选法将其分为对照组(90例)和观察组(90例)，使用三九胃泰颗粒为对照组患者进行治疗，使用半夏泻心汤加减为观察组患者进行治疗，然后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：经过一段时间的治疗，两组患者的临床症状积分均有明显下降，且观察组患者临床症状积分的降低幅度更为明显，差异具有统计学意义。观察组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义。结论：用半夏泻心汤加减治疗胃脘痛的临床效果十分显著。

    Objective∶ To investigate the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of epigastric pain with analysis.Methods∶ from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital 180 cases of patients with epigastric pain as the research object,using blind method divided into the control group and observation group,using 39 Weitai Granules Treatment for the control group of patients,the use of Banxia Xiexin Decoction for the treatment of the observation group patients,then compared the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results∶ after a period of treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients were significantly decreased,and the observation group of patients with clinical symptom score decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant.The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group patients,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion∶ the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of epigastric pain is very significant. ......
