    对突发夜间哮喘的老年患者进行综合急救护理的效果探析

    目的：探讨分析对突发夜间哮喘的老年患者进行综合急救护理的临床效果。方法：选取南通市肿瘤医院住院部收治的突发夜间哮喘的老年患者35例作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，对对照组患者进行常规急救护理，对观察组患者进行综合急救护理，然后比较两组患者的护理效果。结果：观察组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组患者，观察组患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组患者。结论：对突发夜间哮喘的老年患者进行综合急救护理的临床效果显著。

    Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive emergency nursing care for the elderly patients with paroxysmal nocturnal asthma.Methods: the inpatient department of our hospital sudden nocturnal asthma in elderly patients with 35 cases as the research object, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group were given routine emergency nursing, comprehensive emergency nursing care of patients in the observation group, and then compared two groups of patients with nursing effect.Results: the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: the clinical effect of comprehensive emergency nursing for the elderly patients with paroxysmal nocturnal asthma is significant. ......
