摘 要：目的：分析2000～2009年广西西南疟疾联防区疟疾发病情况及流行特征，评价防治效果。方法：收集2000～2009年20个市县疟疾监测资料，采用Excel统计软件进行统计分析。结果：2000～2009年广西西南疟疾联防区疟疾发病率从2000年的0.13/万下降到了2009年的0.03/万，疟疾发病率呈波动下降趋势，10年间在当地居民中未发现恶性疟病例，2004年至今未发现内源性疟疾病例。发病率主要以输入性病例为主。结论：疟疾联防措施可行，但疟防形势不容乐观，仍需继续加强联防联控，并以流动人口发热血检为重点。
