他汀类联合心血管药物治疗冠心病的临床效果分析

摘 要：目的：探讨他汀类联合心血管药物对冠心病的临床应用优势。方法：将我院收治的142例冠心病患者依据用药方案差异分组，其中70例仅给予常规心血管药物治疗设为对照组，其余72例在常规应用心血管药物基础上联合他汀类药物治疗设为观察组，对比两组疗效。结果：对照组以82.86%的总有效率明显不及观察组95.83%理想(P<0.05)；用药后观察组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C各项血脂指标均明显较用药前与对照组低，组间差异较大(P<0.05)。结论：将他汀类联合心血管药物应用于治疗冠心病，疗效确切且有利于改善患者血脂各项指标，该法深具临床推广价值。
