【摘要】目的：分析顺庆区市售淡水鱼铅污染状况，为食品安全监管提供依据。方法：采集顺庆区各农贸市场和超市的淡水鱼样品，并按国家相关标准[1]进行检测评价。结果：各类淡水鱼铅合格率为100%，超市和农贸市场的铅检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 讨论：南充市顺庆区淡水鱼市场卫生状况较好，但仍需重视铅的防治工作。
