维持性血液透析患者的微炎症状态(2)

MHD 患者普遍存在微炎症状态，其发生与肾衰竭本身及其代谢产物蓄积、血液透析治疗、静脉铁剂的应用、遗传等多种因素有关，并通过不同的机制影响血管硬化、营养不良、贫血，影响患者预后。检测血清hs-CRP 有助于早期发现微炎症状态。
