89例白血病患者院内感染原因分析与护理对策
【摘 要】目的 分析89例白血病患者医院内感染的相关因素和探索有效的护理措施。方法 采用回顾性分析我科89例白血病患者院内感染临床及护理资料。结果感染率23.49%，感染部位依次为呼吸道、血液、胃肠道为主。结论 白血病医院内感染率较高，对这类患者应给与密切的临床监测与护理，严格控制易感因素，把院内感染尽量控制在萌芽状态，为患者长期存活提供条件。
