【摘 要】经动脉导管化疗栓塞术(TACE)是目前应用较为广泛的中晚期肝癌患者非外科手术治疗的首选方法，准确判断肝癌TACE治疗术后的疗效对临床及时把握治疗时机，选择治疗方案，提高患者的生存及预后有重要意义。肝癌介入治疗后重复治疗的主要评价指标为AFP和影像学检查，本文就超声、CT、MRI几种主要的影像学随访的优势及限度做简要综述。
