【摘 要】临床护生是护理事业未来的接班人。实习阶段是护生的重要阶段。通过实习，使其所学的理论知识得到进一步巩固和提高，为成为一名合格的护士打下基础。通过医院规范教学管理、带教老师严格要求和护生的共同努力，以提高患者对护生的满意度。

    Abstract：Clinical nursing students are the future successors of nursing.The internship period is an important stage of nursing students.Through the practice，the theoretical knowledge of the study to further consolidate and improve，to become a qualified nurse to lay the foundation.Through the hospital standard teaching management，teachers and studentstogether to strict requirements，in order to improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing students.
