【摘 要】目的 总结头孢类抗生素静脉治疗期间饮用白酒后急性中毒症状的治疗体会。方法 收集我院2013年1月至2014年12月收治的10例头孢类抗生素静脉治疗期间，饮用一定量白酒后出现急性中毒表现的患者，对患者的资料进行回顾性分析，并给予静脉滴注纳洛酮、维生素C、维生素B6、肌苷急性处理。结果 10例患者经过对症处理后均治愈出院。结论 对于在头孢类抗生素静脉治疗期间，饮用白酒后出现一系列中毒症状，饮用白酒的量不一样，而临床表现轻重不一，给予合理治疗可显著提高治愈率。
