护理交接班指引单在心内科的应用效果探讨
【摘 要】目的 探讨交接班指引单在心内科应用的效果及体会。方法 全科护士开会讨论，结合专科特点，确定交接班指引单内容并制作指引单。组织培训，使护士熟练掌握交接班指引单，并应用于临床实践。将2015年2月交接班指引单实施后的交班到位率与实施前进行比较。结果 交接班指引单实施前交班到位率为82.0%，实施后到位率为95.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 交接班指引单的应用可以提高交接班质量，提高年轻护士专业水平。
