【摘 要】目的：探讨舒适护理的方法在对重症肌无力危象患者护理过程中的临床疗效。方法：收集我院1年内收治的重症肌无力危象患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例。比较两组患者的护理效果以及相关并发症发生率，讨论舒适护理对重症肌无力危象患者的意义。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率98%明显优于对照组患者的治疗总有效率80%，同时观察组患者的并发症发生率4%，明显优于对照组患者的并发症发生率12%，所有差异均为显著性差异(P<0.05)，有统计学意义。结论：在对重症肌无力危象患者进行护理的过程中，使用舒适护理的方法能够显著提升患者的治疗效果并降低患者的并发症发生率，安全有效，在临床上值得推广应用。

    [Abstract]Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of comfortable nursing for patients in myasthenia gravis crisis. Methods： The records of 100 cases of patients in myasthenia gravis crisis within the last one year treated by the hospital were collected. The 100 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases each. Nursing effect and related complication rate were compared between the two groups.
