【摘 要】目的：探讨整体护理对腹腔镜手术治疗胆结石患者围手术期的效果。方法：选择2013年9月至2014年11月，我院诊治的90例胆结石患者，均给予腹腔镜手术治疗，根据随机数字法，将其分为对照组和观察组(n=45)，对照组采用常规护理方式，观察组采用整体护理方式，比较两组患者术后并发症发生率以及患者对护理服务满意度。结果：与对照组(20.0%)相比，观察组(11.1%)患者术后并发症发生率显著降低，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义；与对照组(77.8%)相比，观察组(91.1%)患者对护理服务满意度明显改善，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗胆结石患者给予整体护理，能够明显减少术后并发症的发生，提高患者护理满意度，值得临床推广。

    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the effect of perioperative holistic care for gallstone patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.
