【摘 要】目的：探讨血脂常规检验对冠心病的诊断价值。方法：选取于2014年6月至2015年6月期间来院就诊的70例冠心病患者作为研究对象(观察组)，进行血脂常规检验。选择同期来院进行血脂常规检验的健康体检者70例作为对照组。对两组人员的常规血脂指标进行统计比较。结果：观察组的TC、TG、LDL-C水平较对照组高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组HDL-C水平较对照组低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：冠心病患者常规血脂与正常人员存在差异，可一定程度诊断冠心病发生，操作简便，可为临床治疗提供有效依据。
