【摘 要】 目的：探究加减龙胆泻肝汤合中药熏洗治疗霉菌性陰道炎的疗效。方法：选取本院收治的70例霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为行常规治疗的对照组(n=35)和行加减龙胆泻肝汤合中药熏洗治疗的研究组(n=35)，对比两组疗效。结果：研究组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组血清雌二醇(E2)、pH、血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)，研究组分泌型免疫球蛋白A(slgA)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论：采用加减龙胆泻肝汤合中药熏洗治疗霉菌性阴道炎能有效改善患者的临床症状，降低不良反应发生率，提高临床治疗效果。
