【摘 要】盆腔炎性疾病后遗症是一种常见妇科疾病。主要表现为不孕、异位妊娠、慢性盆腔痛和盆腔炎性疾病反复发作。西医对于盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的治疗效果一直都不尽如人意，而中药以辨证论治为主，结合多种外治方法，临床效果较好。故本文作者主要将近年来盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的中医护理干预进展作简要综述。
