【摘 要】 目的：在家庭访视过程中运用老年综合评估分析影响社区老年高血压患者血压水平的因素。方法：采取便利抽样法，以银川市4个社区卫生服务站共计160例已建立居民健康档案且满足纳入排除标准的老年高血压患者为研究对象，运用研究团队编制的老年综合评估手册进行问卷调查。结果：社区老年高血压患者血压控制良好者有55例(34.4%)。多因素分析结果显示，病程、是否定期监测血压、服药种类、合理饮食、社会支持、是否存在便秘影响患者的血压水平(P<0.05)。结论：社区老年高血压患者血压水平受诸多因素的影响，控制水平相对较差。提示社区医护人员在进行家庭访视的过程中应综合全面地对患者进行评估，并根据评估结果制定个性化的护理干预措施。

    [Abstract] Objective：To analyze the factors influencing the blood pressure level of elderly hypertensive patients in the community by using the comprehensive evaluation of the elderly during the family visit. Methods： A convenient sampling method was adopted. A total of 160 elderly hypertensive patients who had established a resident health record and met the exclusion criteria were selected from four community health service stations in Yinchuan City. The questionnaire was surveyed using the comprehensive evaluation manual for the elderly prepared by the research team.
