持续质量改进在消毒供应中心复用器械管理中的效果分析(1)
【摘 要】目的：探讨持续质量改进在消毒供应中心复用器械管理中的效果。方法：选择2018年11月至2019年4月本院消毒供应中心中对30个临床科室提供的12000个复用器械包及2000件消毒供应中心仓库复用器械作为对照组;2019年5月至2019年10月相同的30个临床科室提供的12000个复用器械包及2000件消毒供应中心仓库复用器械作为观察组。对照组未对复用器械行持续质量改进，观察组对复用器械进行持续质量改进。比较两组的管理效果及服务质量满意度。结果：观察组清点准确率、配包准确率及发放准确率明显较对照组高，P<0.05。观察组的复用器械丢失率及发放组加班率明显较对照组低，P<0.05。观察组的服务质量满意度为100.00%，对照组为86.67%，观察组的服务质量满意度明显较对照组高，P<0.05。结论：持续质量改进可提高消毒供应中心复用器械管理的管理效果，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective：To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement in the management of reusable device in disinfection supply center. Methods： From November 2018 to April 2019， 12000 reusable device sets for 30 clinical departments and 2000 reusable devices in the warehouse of disinfection and supply center were selected as the control group. From May 2019 to October 2019，the same 30 clinical departments provided 12000 reusable device sets and 2000 reusable devices in the warehouse of disinfection supply center as the observation group. The control group did not carry out continuous quality improvement on the reused devices， while the observation group carried out continuous quality improvement on the reused devices. The management effect and service quality satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results：The accuracy rate of counting， packing and distribution in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). In the observation group， the lost rate of reusable devices and overtime rate in the distribution group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of service quality in the observation group was 100.00%， and that in the control group was 86.67%. The satisfaction of service quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：Continuous quality improvement can improve the management effect of reused device in disinfection and supply center， which is worthy of clinical application.
