【摘 要】目的：探讨运用腹腔镜治疗小儿斜疝的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析使用腹腔镜行小儿斜疝疝囊高位结扎术106例患儿的临床资料。结果：106例手术均获成功，手术时间约10～30分钟，平均20分钟，手术时间短，切口无须缝合，创伤小，随访 3～12个月无复发，无出血、血肿、无皮下线结排异反应及感染等其他并发症。结论：腹腔镜治疗小儿斜疝具有安全可靠，微创，并发症少，住院时间短，复发率低等优点。
