【摘 要】电子鼻咽喉镜检查是目前诊断咽喉疾病最为有效方法：之一。但由于电子鼻咽喉镜检查是一种侵入性的操作，会给患者带来一定的不适感。特别是机械刺激常引起受检者咽痛、恶心、血压增高以及心率加快等躯体性应激反应，使受检者产生恐惧、焦虑、对抗心理。本文主要是探讨应对电子鼻咽喉镜受检者焦虑情绪的干预措施。
