【摘 要】目的：对腹腔镜Roux-en-Y胃旁路术后胃漏诊治分析。方法：选出我院腹腔镜Roux-en-Y胃旁路术后胃漏病例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：患者行开腹手术，术中沿瘘管找到胃漏部位，切除瘘管及部分胃壁，术后经对症治疗，8天康复出院，随访1年无不适症状，食欲良好，进食量控制理想。结论：胃漏是腹腔镜Roux-en-Y胃旁路术后较为严重的早期并发症，及早发现并行开腹手术治疗，术后予以对症处理，可获得显著疗效。
