【摘 要】目的：使用四君子汤对中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证展开治疗的具体效果进行分析。方法：采用随機的方式收集本院在2017年6月份——2018年4月份所接收的中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证患者60例，随机将这60例患者进行平均分组，主要分为实验组和对照组，两组各30例患者。对照组进行常规西医治疗，实验组使用四君子汤对其进行治疗。经过一定的治疗时间之后，对这两组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果：实验组患者的症状得到了明显的好转，疾病复发率比对照组的低。结论：使用四君子汤对于中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证患者治疗，有着较为显著的效果，在临床上值得广泛应用。
