摘要：目的 探讨产前护理对疤痕子宫阴道分娩产妇分娩结局的影响。方法 对22例疤痕子宫阴道分娩产妇实施产前护理的临床资料展开回顾性分析。结果 经阴道顺利分娩18例，分娩途中因紧急情况改为剖宫产分娩的4例。并且，实施产前护理干预后产妇焦虑、抑郁情绪分值明显低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论 对疤痕子宫阴道分娩产妇实施产前护理可改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，降低剖宫产率，保障母婴健康。
