瘢痕性类天疱疮1例(2)
我們对此患者予以0.9%氯化钠注射液100ml+注射用甲泼尼琥珀酸钠冻干粉针40mg，静滴，一天一次，盐酸米诺环素胶囊100mg，2次/日口服、烟酰胺片250mg，2次/日口服等，通过治疗患者眼睑水疱已干涸，眼裂增大，无明显分泌物溢出。全身无新发水疱，已有水疱已干涸结痂，瘙痒症状基本缓解，病情明显好转，嘱患者出院后定期复查、随诊。
