摘要：本文建立了头孢克肟聚合物检查方法，采用TSK gel G2000SWxl凝胶色谱柱。本方法中，头孢克肟浓度在0.02μg/ml～32.40μg/ml范围内，与峰面积线性关系良好，线性方程为y=29153x-2740，r为0.9995，方法精密度、耐用性均良好。

    Development of an analysis method for cefixime polymer

    Abstract： This study developed an analysis method for determination of cefixime by using TSK gel G2000SWxl column. In a range of 0.02 ug/mL to 32.40 ug/mL， the concentration is linear to the peak area， with y=29153x-2740， and r=0.9995. The accuracy and robustness of this method are very good.
