高血压与肠道菌群相关机制研究(2)
四、展望
通过对肠道菌群与高血压之间关系的研究,针对其中的恶性循环机制或可找到新的突破点。本文通过肠脑轴、肠肾轴、肠代谢等机制论述了肠道菌群与高血压之间的关系,突出交感神经异常激活引起的全身低度炎症反应在高血压形成中的重要作用。以肠道菌群为突破口,研究者发现了多种降低血压的干预措施。然而可否將现有实验结果应用于临床高血压的治疗,仍有待进一步研究。
