6.结语
近几年来,随着对基础研究进展的逐渐深透,与临床联系也越来越紧密,针对结肠癌在细胞通路、细胞周期、信号转导和血管生成等分子特异性靶向治疗中提供了新方向,通过了解研究这些基因的生物特性及与肿瘤的关系,为临床找到了四个潜在的靶基因奠定了理论基础,为临床上医治结肠 肿瘤提出了新的靶标。
