摘要：目的：探讨高频超声引导水灌肠在小儿肠套叠复位治疗中的运用。方法：以东莞市第八人民医院2018年6月1日至2019年5月31日收治的106例肠套叠患儿，进行高频超声引导生理盐水灌肠复位。结果：101例成功复位，其中17例复套后再灌肠成功，5例灌肠失败后转手术治疗。 结论：高频超声引导水灌肠在小儿肠套叠复位治疗中效果显著，复位成功率高，可使患者、家属及医务人员免受放射损害，具有较高的实际应用及推广价值。
