摘要：目的：探讨品管圈用于重症医学科护理安全管理的临床效果。方法：我院重症医学科于2014年4月开始实施品管圈管理，对实施品管圈管理前后的安全管理情况进行回顾性分析。结果：我院重症医学科实施品管圈后护理安全管理质量得到显著提升。结论：品管圈应用于重症医学科可明显提高护理安全管理质量，提升工作效率，值得临床的推广及应用。

    Effect of quality control circle on nursing safety management in intensive medical department

    Abstract：Objective：To explore the clinical effect of quality control for nursing management of intensive care in intensive care. Methods：The Department of Emergency Medicine in our hospital began to implement the management of quality control in April 2014，and carried out a retrospective analysis on the safety management before and after the management of product management. Results：The quality of nursing management and management of intensive care medicine in our hospital was significantly improved.
