摘要：目的：探讨循证护理在导尿留置患者行膀胱冲洗患者护理中的临床效果。方法：选取我院骨伤科近年来入院需留置导尿1周以上且置尿管前无尿路感染的患者共60例，随机分为两组，对照组行常规护理，观察组则采用循证护理的方式进行护理，护理后对两组患者的临床效果进行比较评价。结果：两组患者分别冲洗三次及六次，对冲洗效果观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；不同时间段尿路感染发生率之间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：在进行膀胱冲洗的患者中，采取循证护理的方式效果较常规护理更好，值得进一步推广及应用。
