快速破坏性髋关节病的治疗(2)
本组病例的平均病程时间是9个月左右，最短患者从发病到股骨头完全破坏、消失仅7个月时间，明显快于临床上常见的关节炎和骨坏死的自然病程。而且病变破坏严重，严重影响髋关节的功能。由于病程短，破坏严重，软组织严重挛缩、关节活动受限僵硬等情况并没有发生在该组患者身上。疾病早期无明显异常发现。该病早期诊断并不容易，往往是由于病情进展迅速，破坏严重，到了疾病的晚期诊断才较为明确。临床病史结合典型的影像学改变，RDA 晚期由于股骨头破坏严重，关节毁损，人工全髋关节置换是首选的治疗方法，治疗效果确切。本组全部患者功能满意，髋关节功能相对术前明显改善，Harris评分显著提高。其发病机制未明确，多数为个案报道，相关研究基本为回顾性研究，这和 RDA 发病率低，临床少见，早期不易诊断，很难系统性研究该病。
