摘要：目的：分析早期综合康复治疗对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病神经系统发育的影响。方法：筛选病例时间为2016年6月～2018年6月，共选择在我院接受治疗的136例新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患儿。采用简单的单双号随机方法分为康复组和对照组，对照组实施常规治疗，康复组增加早期综合康复治疗，对比两组各方面发育情况，进行评分和对比。结果：比较患儿随访结束时MDI、PDI、NBNA量表评分康复组均高于对照组;比较患儿后遗症发生率康复组低于对照组，P<0.05。结论：新生儿缺血缺氧性脑部实施早期综合康复治疗能够促进患儿智力、身体机能、神经系统良性发育，为其获得更佳的预后打下基础。

    Abstract：Objective：To analyze the effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on the development of nervous system in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. METHODS：The screening time was from June 2016 to June 2018. A total of 136 neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were enrolled in our hospital.
