摘要：目的：观察风险管理在医院儿科急诊护理中的效果。方法：从我院儿科2015年6月至2018年5月急诊患儿资料中选取200例，根据护理方式的差异将其均分分为两组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组增加风险管理，对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组护理风险发生率为1.0%，护理满意度为98.0%，均优于对照组的9.0%和 86.0%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在儿科急诊护理中应用风险管理能够有效控制护理风险的产生，提高护理质量。
