【摘 要】目的 探讨后牙邻面牙体缺损不同修复治疗的临床效果。方法 临床选择198例患者后牙邻面缺损的224颗患牙。随机分成实验组和对照组做合金嵌体修复或光固化复合树脂充填修复,并经1~2年临床疗效追踪观察。结果 用嵌体修复病例成功率90.7%,而树脂修复成功率63.7%。结论 在后牙邻面牙体缺损治疗中,嵌体修复技术有更高临床应用价值。
