Operative Report
Operation date: 2003/7/16
Pre-op diagnosis: Post-OP of fracture on right ulna and radius (clinical union stage).
Post-op diagnosis: Same as above.
Operation done: Removal of internal fixator.
Surgeons: 张剑F、蒋大权R
Anesthesia done: Nerve blocking of right brachial plexus.
Anesthesiologists:
Procedure:
1. 患者麻醉实施成功后取平卧位，右上肢置于侧台上，常规消毒、铺巾。右上肢充气止血带充至0.04mpa。
2. 同样沿原切口入路，直达桡骨远段，显露钢板，将5枚皮质骨螺钉和1枚钢板拆除。
3. 松止血带后冲洗、止血，清点器械、纱巾后逐层缝合。
4. 右上肢加压包敷。
5. 经PACU复苏，安返病房。
