Operative Report
Operation date: June-11-2002.
Pre-op diagnosis: fracture of the shaft of left radius and 4 th metacarpal bone of left hand
Post-op diagnosis: Same as above.
Operation done: internal fixation of fracture of the shaft of left radius
Surgeons: 施培华 张建锋
Anesthesia done: Nerve blocking of right brachial plexus.
Anesthesiologists: 张坚.
Procedure:
1. 患者麻醉实施成功后取平卧位，左上肢置于侧台上，常规消毒、铺巾。
2. 右上肢充气止血带充至0.04mpa。作左前臂Henrey切口10cm，逐层切开，经肱桡肌和桡侧腕长屈肌腱间隙入路，桡骨干骨折处予以适当剥离显露断端，予复位后选用六孔加压钢板结合六枚皮质骨螺钉固定。
3. 检查右前臂固定牢固，清点器械、纱巾，予冲洗后逐层缝合。
4. 经PACU复苏，安返病房。
