Operative Report
Operation date: May-22-2001.
Pre-op diagnosis:fracture of right lateral malleolus.
Post-op diagnosis: Same as above.
Operation done: internal fixation of fracture of right lateral malleolus
Surgeons: 方向前、张建锋、汪珏 .
Anesthesia done: combined anesthesia.
Anesthesiologists: 徐笑益
Procedure:
1. 麻醉达成后，患者取仰卧位垫高右侧臀部，，常规消毒、铺巾上止血带0.08KP。
2. 于右外踝做纵切口长6厘米，切开皮肤和皮下组织，切开骨膜，作骨膜下剥离充分显露骨折端。见外踝骨骺处横行骨折，移位明显。
3. 直视下复位，用两枚克斯针、张力带固定。C臂机透视满意。
4. 冲洗创口、充分止血逐层关闭切口。石膏外固定。
