Operative Report
Operation date: Dec-7-2001.
Pre-op diagnosis: Osteosarcoma on right thigh.
Post-op diagnosis: Same as above .
Operation done: Biopsy of tumor of right thigh..
Surgeons: 范顺武A、张笑峰R。
Anesthesia done: Epidural anesthesia.
Anesthesiologists: 、 .
Procedure:
1. 患者麻醉实施成功后取平卧位，右下肢常规消毒、铺巾。
2. 作右大腿中下段后外侧方切口约6cm，逐层切开皮肤、皮下组织、深筋膜，髂胫束下见病理硬化骨，凿开骨外膜，见鱼肉样组织，刮匙取下少量组织送检，冰冻报告"骨肉瘤"，明胶海绵填塞缺口
3. 明胶海绵填塞缺口，严密止血后，逐层缝合，局部包敷。
4. 术程顺利，经PACU复苏后安返病房。
