腹外疝手术的历史变迁与临床应用现状(5)
疝外科手术百年历史变迁，充分证明了基础科学发展对临床学科的巨大推动作用。在不同的历史时期，每一种术式的创立与应用，都有它的优点与缺陷。但它们对疝外科发展所作出的贡献是不可磨灭的。了解疝外科的历史发展过程，为我们在临床实践中合理地为每一位病人选择适宜的手术治疗方法，提供了清晰的认识。尽管疝外科手术从高张力术式——低张力术式——无张力术式的发展到了一定水平，但目前仍有一些争议问题存在，尚有许多问题有待解决，疝手术修补的历史最后篇章尚未写到，仍需进一步不断探索、改进，才能对疝外科的病理生理、解剖以及手术方面有新的突破和创新。
