【摘要】 目的 研究胃癌及癌旁粘膜中CyclinD1、CDK4的表达及意义。方法 采用流式细胞术测定32例胃癌，24例癌旁组织中CyclinD1、CDK4的表达。结果 胃癌CyclinD1、CDK4阳性表达分别为56.3%，53.1%。CyclinD1、CDK4阳性表达明显高于癌旁粘膜(P<0.01)，CyclinD1在淋巴结转移性胃癌中阳性表达较高，而CDK4在转移性胃癌和未转移胃癌中表达差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 CyclinD1、CDK4表达特征与胃癌的发生、发展、生物学行为及其预后有密切关系。
