摘要:首次应用HSCCC获得白果内酯和橙皮甙纯品。白果内酯经TLC,HPLC/RI,MS(E1)和IR谱鉴定,橙皮甙经HPLC/UV和TLC鉴定,均达到定量用对照品的纯度和含量要求。表明HSCCC是制备性分离中草药对照品的一种简捷实用的新手段。

Preparative Separation and Purification of Authentic Pure Compounds of Bilobalide and Hesperidin by HSCCC

Abstract :As a liquid partition chromatographic system free of solid support matrix in the separation column, high-speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCC) was successfully applied to the separation of two authentic pure compounds for the first time.Bilobalide was isolated from Ginkgo Biloba Extract (GBE) and Hesperidin was purified from crude extraction of pericarp of Citrus reticulata Blanco, which can be used as reference standard of the analysis for Chinese herbal medicine.The results indicate that the HSCCC is an ideal technique for separating preparation of authentic pure compounds from medicinal plants.
